Agreed-it's not like we were moving from huge Olinemen and "3 yards & a cloud of dust" to a 5-wide, spread offensive scheme. Any reference to needing to upgrade the talent/bring in "his" guys on his part is a disgusting excuse at the expense of kids/young men for HIS shortcomings as a coach.
