Texas has started to get some with its change in coaching. Tenn hasn't gotten many highly recruited players. This will create parity in the top teams and a continued log jam of players at certain teams. We are at that point right now. Most if not all of our players could start at other colleges but have chosen to come to UConn to learn and improve and hope to gain a starting position. Those that put in the work and dedicate themselves to get better will end up with the most minutes. We have seen players come to UConn and improve dramatically over their 4 years.
