You mis-understood, actually. There is a difference now between "media" and "non-media" games, as "non-media" games did not have the under 16, under 12, etc time-outs. But it is "media", not TV. So radio is "media". I can't remember the last time I was to a non-media game, but I have been. I'm sure they occur more often at smaller schools, OTH, you would be surprised at the number of schools that have radio.Doesn't that muddy the waters in a way. We have one set of rules if on tv and another set if not. So what happens if a team is used to have two 60 seconds time outs but they are now playing UCONN and only have one because they are on TV?
