And some micro cultures are not known widely...ex. Many do not know of "the Muck Bowl"...but it is a storied and much followed rivalry in South Florida. Two small high schools in rural Florida, Pahokee HS against Glades HS is considered one of the premier Florida rivalries. About 50 players from these two teams have gone on to play in the NFL.
