Pretty sure that's a regional cover. Still great to see RJ up there. I used to get the Street & Smith's preview (may take a ride to Barnes & Noble right now actually), and one time I was in another part of the country and saw the same issue I had just bought with players from different schools on the cover.

I agree with their BE 1st team. No surprises there.
 
The reigning defensive player of the year for the Big East is not projected to be on any of the teams?
