Who's Garrett Scott? think he's coming aboard.. at least his twitter account implies it... If it is the guy I think it is, he was DB coach at N. Iowa (same school that Verducci was at before he came here), but last year coached at Hawaii...

FBS programs are limited to 1 Head Coach, 9 Assistant coaches, 2 grad Asst's and 1 S&C coach per the NCAA:

yeah but they can't have an on the field role...Campbell and TJ Weist had those roles at UM last year.
