I'm looking for the exact wording -- I know someone has it as their tagline -- of a Geno quotation.

It's something like "Only people who know me have reason to hate me." But I think there's a phrase before that too.

I think this is one of Geno's stock philosophies that gets regurgitated when the topic of people hating him comes up. I think I remember he said a version of that that during one of the Geno Auriemma Shows last year.
