NEBJ Article of Wills Montgomerie

This issue also has the NEBJ Top Ten draft prospects on the same page that the Montgomerie article ends. Montgomerie comes in at No. 3. They also say to keep an eye on John Russell. Willy Yahn is not listed. I've found in the past that NEBJ's top draft prospects can be a bit funky, to say the least.
