San Francisco is notorious for being one of the most difficult airports to land a plane.
This is from almost one year ago. Watch the top center/left of the screen as an Air Canada plane lined up on a taxiway instead of a runway and nearly hits an Air Philippine aircraft.
Seems like about every year or so there is one of these stories of pilots lining up on taxiways vice runways.
