On their official visits does the NCAA allow the schools to also pay the expenses of parents/guardians???

On this page -
Recruiting

it says this:
During an official visit the college can pay for transportation to and from the college for the student-athlete, lodging and three meals per day for the student-athlete and his or her parents or guardians, as well as reasonable entertainment expenses including three tickets to a home sports event.

This story says they voted to pay the round trip fares for up to two parents/guardians.

p.s. I'm not a recruiting guru, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night....with internet access.

"Proposal 2015-52 will allow institutions to pay the actual round-trip costs for a prospective student-athlete's parents or legal guardians to accompany the prospect on his official visit and will be implemented August 1, 2016."
