Bad move. Lawsuits will hurt their chances of getting into the ACC.
LOL but wrong - they are not suing personally the Presidents of the schools who will be voting to accept them - that was our mistake led by our Attorney General at the time.

There are so many worthy lawsuits that could be brought against that human trashbag Emmert, but I’m not sure any of them involve someone associated with the University of Louisville.

That school is as crooked as it gets, and that’s before we even get to their academics.

Morgan and Morgan are personal injury lawyers are branching out. Can't watch TV in Tampa without seeing an ad for them. I am also seeing billboards in Boston - Morgan and Morgan - for the people! I wish I was a fly on the wall during these deliberations!
