Yes, But the quadrants are somewhat tighter than MBB

Quad 1: 25 home 35 Neutral 45 road
Quad 2: 55 home 65 Neutral 80 road
Quad 3: 90 Home 105 Neutral 130 road

Quad 4: 90+ home 105+Neutral 130+ road
