This would be a great game. Geno being Geno he would try to shut down Maya on the 2009 team. Tina would get some points but not enough to win. Edge goes to 2015, better defense and more offensive options.

Tina Charles would be a handful - even for the "Block Sisters", but I think the depth of the 2015 team is just a little bit better. Also assuming the game is played in March, not December.

Who on '15 is going to shut down Maya? Her? Nope. Her? Nope. HER? Oh, you can't be serious

I could see Kiah doing a fairly good job on Tina but that means having to play her starter's minutes, which she could do but it's one less player who can rotate to Maya. Additionally, Stewie would have to spend time doubling down on Tina.

So we're basically looking at

Moriah (Jr) - Nurse (Fr) - KML (Sr) - Stewie (Jr) - Tuck (So) w/Stokes & some Gabby, Chong

vs

Renee (Sr) - Tiff (Fr) - Maya (So) - Greene (Jr) - Tina (Jr) w/Dixon, Gardler, McLaren

For me,
Moriah/Nurse/KML are significantly better than Renee/Tiff/Greene
Stewie/Tuck are almost even with Maya/Tina
Not much from either bench but edge to Stokes/2015

Edge 2015. Slight edge.

I don't think McLaren can play unless Stokes is in the game. Stewie and Tuck to versatile for her. Three bodies can be thrown at Tina. Monty is going to have a super defender guard her and this 08-09 team relied on her to score. She wasn't much of a passer and on any drives she'd be going against some amazing shot blocking. Players like Moore aren't stopped but nether is Stewie. The 2015 team can get open looks anytime with Tuck or Stewie (Tina or Kali guarding on the perimeter?) though not a low post block. And KML can swing between the 2/3 positions.
