I have been going back to watch the past 11 championship games to try and get a better perspective. I think the 2016 team is the most fluid team both offensively and defensively compared to all other teams. UConn has had so many great teams and players but nothing like 2016. Team wise they were 5 working as 1, so beautiful to watch and enjoy. So I guess I have them winning the championship a little early.

Wow!! This one was really, really hard to call. Maya Moore and Tina Charles. Plus Kalana Greene, who should have been a first team, AA. Plus the amazing Tiffany Hayes. Plus a hard-playing Dixon and the defensive genius Kelly Faris. And that team goes against the all-time greats Breanna Stewart, the great AA Morgan Tuck, and perhaps the finest point guard of all time (neck and neck with Sue). Plus a remarkable Gabby Williams. Plus a fast-improving KLS (Oh, do we include KLS? Because she was hurt and didn't play in the NC game.). Plus a solid Kia Nurse. Plus a very fine Napheesa Collier.

Give 2010 an edge in the front court. But give 2016 a clear advantage in the backcourt. And an edge goes to 2016 in terms of bench- 2010 didn't have one.

That would have been a game for the ages! But an edge to 2016- very slight edge.

Really tough, but I went 2010 because of the combination of Tina and Maya - the only time in history I believe when two players on the same team split NPOY awards in the same year. Stewart and Moore pretty much offset, Charles overpowers Tuck, and while Moriah is better than any of the 2010 guards, the combination of CD, Tiff, and Kelly and Kalana probably balances out. Seeing as it is the NC game, unfortunately Lou would be unavailable to the 2016 team.

I don't want to vote, but then I can't see the results! I want both these teams to win...forever. I tend to agree with the above sentiments, that 2016 had unbelievable team chemistry, confidence, and fluidity--maybe unmatched in the entire history of the sport. So, maybe a small edge to 16, and now I'll vote for it...reluctantly.

Really tough one....Stewart, Jefferson and Tuck as seniors.....2016. Immediately question my selection as I ask myself 'are you really not voting for a Maya the Magnificent team?'

I went with 2016. IMO Moriah Jefferson the greatest pg in UCONN History is the advantage. Offense from 2016 will run consistently better. Too bad I had the 2010 team as either 3rd or 4th best. They got a bad draw.

Sorry, long weekend. But it looks like 2016 is through to the Semi's.
