I don't think Cumberland is an NBA player but I can't see him coming back. New coach, totally new style, etc. is not ideal to come back to for your last year.

That wont help Cinci's. Any news on Cumberland?

Cumberland is testing nba waters but nothing yet on decision to transfer. He got invited to a G-League camp and is being supported by new Cinci HC Brannen.

If Cumberland returns, they are an NIT team at worst. If Cumberland leaves, they are a CBI team at best.

As UConn fans, should we cheer for this?>
I'll handle this one boys . . .
No, we should not.

If you can't be with the one you love, then love the one you got.

We got the AAC.

The constant lament of the BY is "oh me, oh my, the AAC is where we die."

Well, if you want any semblance of a revival of the program, then playing in the best d----n conference we can will help the most. If that's not B1G or the ACC, then we want the AAC to be as good as it can be.

We'd much rather have Cinci as a perennial power than a program on the wane.

But this is obvious, isn't it?

AAC is only a problem for UConn. All other schools seem to be doing fine.
