Would have loved Lou to win for shooting guard, but Asia is such a class-act I can't be upset.

Carleton is good, but Lou should have won the SF award. The categories for some of the players was questionable once again.

I agree. I think Durr did deserve the award based on the pool on candidates for SG and I think Carleton may have deserved it based on the pool for SFs, but if Lou was in the SF category, I’d give it to her.

Interesting little tid bit from Lou: “Coach (Geno Auriemma) told us before we left on the trip here and I was extremely excited,” Samuelson said. “I didn’t know I was going to make this team so this is the sweetest of all of them. I’m proud that I was able to get this opportunity.”

You must be pretty good if you are going to watch two games and determine whether or not a player deserves a particular award.
