Scenario: I am a big $$ Kentucky booster and I just paid $500K into the "collective" to help buy the best team possible. They get bounced by an Oakland team. I didn't get my expected money's worth. Can I get a refund or put a stop payment order out?

It sounds simple, but in this absolutely nutty world that is DI college sports, what recourse do these deep pockets have when the product doesn't deliver? Or is it just buyer beware? Thanks in advance.

A player was holding out on playing NIT unless NIL ponied up more $$$. Forget what team. How long until a player refuses to play in the tourney until more money is given out. Pros hold out for money some times...not all players are WE first after all.

Kadari Richmond reportedly did that this season

NIL contracts will be written to heavily reward post season play.

Depends on the language of the contract.
