No pressure on the tank. My plumber is on the way over to see what it is, controller box, pump whatever. Only 10 years old. Waiting for the verdict. Please direct positive mental energy and vibe to my well pump. Thanks.

Report, all's well! The controller box. Dodged a bullet . I guess I got a little crazy for a minute there but honestly something seems to happen in the the house every week and it gets old.

A surprising number of Boneyarders are married, so they might know.
I don’t get the reference or why the numbers surprise you.

It's probably your blue Welltrol tank. Keep a bike pump near it and make sure the bladder hasn't deflated. It will burn out your pump if it does.

As a renting millennial, why do people buy houses that have wells? Isn’t only problems?

Unfortunately a lot of the desirable towns in CT don’t have city water everywhere.

I have no water bill but the big thing is in our area of few homes I have water that has no chemicals in it and tastes amazing with no aftertaste. Filtered through the rock several hundred feet down. It’s better than bottled I’ve tried.

I lived in Manhattan for 20 years for work and at some point there is no more allure to the city. I still come to the apartment occasionally and we're thankful we have it for a variety of reasons, but the city, to live in, is horrible to me at this point and the only thing I can imagine being worse is the suburbs.

I'm happy on more than 25 acres where I can't see the neighbors houses, who have 400 and 250 acres respectively, I can do whatever the hell I want, when I want - if I want to split wood at 10PM I can do that, have friends over and drink a few beers and plink cans with a .22, we can - they don't run water to those places.

Glad all is well! Exact same problem and result for me about a month ago, so instead of a $2000 bill for a new pump down about 200’ it was only $170!

I've been married 28 yrs and don't have a clue what that pic refers to.
I have a well & love my clean water, I never have to worry about outside contamination, rationing, a bill and if all hell breaks loose I purchased a manual pump that can be attached for my own private supply. If you have ever been without water you quickly realize how important it is to everything that really matters.
Rural life is for me because I'm a self reliant kind of guy that maintains & upgrades my own stuff and only hire out when I don't have time or want to deal with it.
Privacy and independence is the life for me.
