Fulton J. Sheen is in the news. In the run-up to sainthood, the archbishop has been given the status of "venerable". All well and good, BUT there's actually a fight between the honchos in NY and those in Sheen's birthplace over where his remains should wind up. Will the torso remain in one place while the limbs
are interred in the other? This has actually slowed the beatification process.

Is this a goofy world or what?

Sorry - Lutheran. We started all those problems back in 1517. Of course, if you want another reformation, I suppose you could invite us all back into the fold. Not sure what you would get, but it could be interesting.
