It is a must win game for many, many reasons. Splitting the two ACC games, coming in, would have been o.k. We just need to get that done.

For me its not so much about beating Randy ( although that would be nice) as it is not going 0-2 against the ACC.

I want an absolute beat down. But after the NC State game I would sign up for a 7-3 win. Just want to be 2-1 with a decent shot at starting 4-1.

Couldn't have said it better. Not concerned at all about Randy. Glad he's gone. Got to start beating ACC teams with some frequency. UConn's best hope at prospering at the D1 level is to find a home in the all-sports ACC. The Huskies need to prove to the ACC that it would be a mistake to overlook what is an excellent athletic department in just about all sports simply because the football team can't prosper at that level. This game is the season, IMO.
