Florida hurting because of injuries but lost to Georgia Southern today. Doesn't have the New England tie like Mullen though. . .Is Will in that elite 'no thanks, UConn' class - the one Thamel thinks is so large?

Not sure I would even want him but comes down if he wants to be a head coach or a coordinator. Not sure he gets fired but that's hard to recover from.

GSU was 0-3 for zero yards passing.

And before it gets corrected... He's part of his current Wiki Bio:

"Will Muschamp, who is a UGA grad has accomplished his mission in of running the University of Florida football program into the ground.

He has taken the program to dephts that the majority of the fans base has never seen. On November 23rd 2013, Georiga Southern strolled into an empty swamp and walked ouut with a WIN. And wait, there's more, Georgia Sounthern had zero passing yards.

The University of Florida will not go to a bowl game this year, but that almost happened in his 1st year.

Recently Florida AD Foley said he had Will's back 1000%, but we all know he's going to get fired here shortly."

LMAO...

He's on his way out. If not after this season, then surely after another bad one. They are getting pushed at all angles on the recruiting front and Florida isn't going to wait much longer while he stumbles around on a weekly basis.

Why would any team want Will Muschamp as their head coach? He has been a train wreck.

And this should be a warning that just because you are a coordinator at a successful BCS program, that does not automatically mean you will be a great head coach. Some people just don't have the skills to manage a program as the leader.

Source: Will Muschamp will be back as Gators coach in 2014
http://touch.orlandosentinel.com/#section/-1/article/p2p-78316428/

>>The University of Florida has no plans to fire Will Muschamp, even after a monumental loss to Georgia Southern, a source close to the program told The Sentinel on Sunday.

However, significant changes to Muschamp's coaching staff are expected after Saturday's season finale against Florida State.<<

Train wreck? They were in the Sugar Bowl last year, and have had an insane amount of injuries this year. Just an absurd amount. That dude is young enough that he will get another crack at a major job and likely do well.

They would be wise to let him go. You don't lose to Ga Southern just like you don't lose to Towson, App St, or Buffalo.

Guess what happens if he loses to Tenn or SCar next season. He should be fired if his name was Bear Bryant because he's irrevocably lost support of the fan base.

He might be a great coach, but he won't be at Florida. We should know this.

Getting the "injury" mulligan? Don't think OC is going to be so lucky.

“@JFowlerCBS: Per Florida spokesman Steve McClain, AD Jeremy Foley's position on Will Muschamp hasn't changed.”
