I'll play. Three guys from "awful" "untalented" offensive line have a shot at the league.

So we have 24 upperclassmen NFL prospects, that screams undefeated season to me. Lets Go!

He's an optimist? (we know he was an easy grader during the year).

From his perspective, everyone appears to have a shot @ the league IF they can dominate, IF they can do this, IF they can do that. Basically he's saying is that IF they can perform the required skills consistently they will get looks. Heck, he says Bennett will get an invite just based on his size. Is this the prototypical size argument being made again?

This is the line that caught my attention in his analysis of Bennett: "...but he has to work with offensive line coach George DeLeone more. Coach DeLeone has a great track record for offensive linemen in the NFL and improvements in strength and speed can only help his prospects with solid blocking in the run game and passing game". This goes to the argument that GDL couldnt do both jobs effectively. I guess this year will tell if he can do one the right way and TJW can do the other.

He also hedged his bets quite a bit...

I don't think this is supposed to be a list of people he thinks will be drafted or will play in the NFL. You're reading too much into the term draft prospects, it's just a list of all the senior starters with the RSJr starters underneath as that technically constitutes an NFL draft prospect. Next to each player it pretty much says "have a great year and he'll be noticed".

If Whitmer sprouts 4 inches and gets his 40 time down to 4.5 seconds he could be the number one pick next year, unless McCombs runs a 4.1, then he will be the number one pick, and Whitmer will go #2.

The downside of all this is everyone will suspect we are cheating.

Well he left out the kid who retrieves the tee on kickoffs, but other than that......no.

In a subsequent article - He's says DJ Joey really has shot @ a rocking iTunes playlist with some minor tweaking of format and pitch.

That was what I was getting at but he actually has 4 listed.

Yeah it's a weird title but also some bizarre 'analysis' even when you realize what he's attempting to do. This guy has to average a pancake. This guy needs to be perfect on PATs. This guy who kills us is good.

"Downside?" Good cheaters go to the SEC.

I like his homerism. Enthusiasm and exaggerated praise for players and coaches is welcome.

The main thing I took away was that we have some excellent juniors. 2014 could be a good year.

To those who would criticize any player whose mentioned in this or any similar article is one thing...you can only wish you had the fortitude and passion they have to not only play and excel but to rise above your inane comments. Constructive criticism of the players is one thing...be a Husky supporter for goodness sake.

I'd agree with this except for the fact that nobody is criticizing anyone.
