I don't actually think there is much difference - she has wowed me from the first weeks of her freshman year and has played around the rim - I think she is just getting there more often, and is more skilled when she is there.
And for those that worry about the floor burns Stewart amasses - from Tiff Hayes on, I have developed a theory about basketball players: It is better to 'go with the flow' i.e. allow your momentum to take you to the floor, than it is to fight to maintain your footing and put additional stresses on your knees and ankles.
Bruises heal a lot quicker than sprains! And when players fight to regain balance, they often end up putting all of their weight/momentum onto an out-of-proper-alignment leg.
I don't know if this is something that ever gets taught, or discussed in basketball circles, but I think it wouldn't hurt. In fact have basketball players do some judo/karate type training specific to controlled falls and not fighting momentum but relaxing/rolling into it would not be a bad addition in my humble opinion.
