Not to get ahead of ourselves, BUT:
She found out that the Liberty Flames' mascot's name is Sparky the Chicken, so next week's tailgate will be poultry dominated. As they are the Flames Habenero raspberry wings aren't out of the question. More details as the menu is formulated.

Didn't win powerball, so that's not in my price range.
Well then there’s always:

(For what it’s worth Coach, I always enjoy seeing the thought and effort that goes into your tailgates.)

LIBERTY CHICKEN
Boneless chicken (enough for your dinner)
1 jar dried beef
1 pkg. bacon
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 container sour cream

Double these if using a lot of chicken!
Wrap chicken with 2 slices of dried beef and then a slice of bacon over that. Place in baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Bake 250 degrees for three hours (best way) or one hour at 375 degrees. Cover top of dish if chicken (with aluminum foil) starts to brown to early.

Sparky is actually an eagle. Nevertheless, birds are birds

Whatever you brought to the BC game, bring it this Saturday. MOJO!!!

Buffalo wings and perhaps a nice Virginia honey ham
