shoulda flown out of NYC instead of Bradley
Probably similar driving distance but would have gotten direct flight to Cinci

Though perhaps a lot more expensive?

Loved the pictures of him mugging it up with his kids. Easy to see where Lou gets her delightful light touch and droll facial expressions.

I was more fascinated with none of the 3 of them knowing that if he accepted a free flight from an airline it would likely be construed as a violation and his kids would be ruled in ineligible for games.

It was banter. I'm sure all three know the rules much better than any of us, particularly since two of them were college basketball studs as players.

Suspect family has frequent flyer points or other similar preferred airlines.

When the older two were deciding on schools their uncle was sick so they decided to stay closer to home - I remember seeing an article about it. He did pass away unfortunately.

It is expensive to make trips on short notices, double that for 2 people. Now if it were only Lou, it would have been easy, week 1 Storrs, week 2 Bridgeport, However, they had no idea where Karlie would be playing. week 1 wasnt Maples, but where? week 2, Stockton? Lexington, Okla City? Bridgeport?. Since he wanted to see both daughters, flights had to be made in less than a weeks advance notice at high prices.
As another poster said she was at the DePaul game and I have seen her at Stanford games.
I am guessing if/when UConn wins she will be in Dallas next weekend.
