But Days of Thunder is 30 years old! That not only makes me feel old. But I was watching it the other day and it seems to age well. Aside from the fact that the plot is exactly the same plot from Top Gun, Cocktail, The Color of Money, the movie has a ton of flaws. Many of the hardcore NASCAR fans hate it for the lack of realism.
