Mouse Scrolling Problems

Bought a nice new Logitech mouse. Now that I'm back in the office I needed an upgrade. It's doing something annoying and as I adjust it, I can't seem to fix it. Hoping somebody has the answer. In short, if I'm scrolling like on a website or a document, and I stop, the page then the page falls and stops somewhere different than where I stopped. I have Googled this but none of the answers are a solution to this particular issue.

Sadly, no. Not even double ipas. It’s a real conundrum.

Is this a bluetooth mouse or wired? If Bluetooth could be interference. Love me a wired mouse - never an issue.
