Mountain West Bowl Line Up

Only one bowl against a power conference team. I have to say that does not look like the line up for a conference that is "equal" to the American. It is looking like we will have at least 4 not counting the Access Bowl(BCS game for top ranked non power 5 team).


Las Vegas (Pac-12)
San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia (Navy in 2014, BYU and Army from 2015 on)
Sheraton Hawaii (American/Conference USA)
Bell Helicopter Armed Forces (C-USA)
Gildan New Mexico (C-USA)
Famous Idaho Potato (Mid-American).

Also do we have the Hawaii Bowl too?

if we have the hawaii bowl against them i love that. thats actually one of the few december bowl games that most people can watch due to it being the night before christmas. also who wouldn't want to spend the holiday season in hawaii once in a while? I'd rather have tickets to that bowl game against San Diego St. than another new pair of socks.

Not sure how Aresco avoided the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl and a pre-game parade with the local 4H clubs. Marrinato never missed a food bowl. Beef o Brady was his baby.

Flights and hotels into Hawaii are impossible. By the time you figure out your team is going the flights and hotels are already filled for the holiday. As a Nevada fan, I've ran into this problem multiple times. AAC teams won't bring more than 500 fans to Hawaii bowl. Actually , I'd bet my paycheck they don't bring half of that.
