I would think that under the circumstances, that cracking a good bottle of wine to celebrate our inevitable destiny to become #1 in program wins would be appropriate just any old time. It should be noted that UT's wbb program started in 1903, while UConn's program began in 1975. On the list of the top 50 winning programs almost all started in the mid-70s (thanks to Title IX), with a few in the 60s. James Madison was an early adopter, starting play in 1924.
