I honestly don't know much about Iowa St. I saw them play one game this year. They looked pretty good in that game. A bit like Cincy on offense. Lots of 3's with a beast down low. Oriakhi will have his hands full down low and needs to be on his game. Hope Boatright's wrist is OK and Napiers foot.

Not sure how good they were defensively, but they aren't bad. It will be interesting.

As long as Calhoun is coaching and UConn is healthy, I have full confidence in winning this game. It's not a fluke that Calhoun has only lost one first round game at UConn (and that when AJ hurt his knee midway through). If Calhoun is on his game, he has his index cards all set up and ready to roll.

I did find it interesting that some of their fans think UConn's bigs are unathletic...someone needs to google Andre Drummond. I'm sure the mayor isn't that ignorant though, sadly.

They are not even in the same cordinants as the Aztec fans on the delusional pompousness scale. With that said though, let's still knock these dudes off and see if they respond with as much class as UK Wildcat fans.

This I have to agree. Those SDSU basketball fans were full of themselves with their Big East assessments. I am glad we were able to knock them down a few pegs after the game.
