Frustrating as it must be to see a Durrel Robinson or a James Joly leave, he seems to have created an environment of acceptance and peace in the face of very tumultuous conditions. His staff appears to have been prepared well in advance of the post season "dipping of the toes in the waters". It will be very interesting to see how many we actually lose(of consequence), and how many of those kids realize what they have here in Storrs and "re-up".
