And an All-American.She sure was a Warrior tonight.
she admitted that during the post-showMorgan is the glue for sure.
Ummmm "Stewie"?Strange but Geno clearly does NOT like Morgan because he only refers to her as "TUCK," never once addressing her by her first name as he does all the other kids.
Well if Geno doesn't like her she must be pretty good then! He didn't like DT, or Tina or Rebecca either-allegedly.Strange but Geno clearly does NOT like Morgan because he only refers to her as "TUCK," never once addressing her by her first name as he does all the other kids.
[I'm betting that beautiful smile and her team-first attitude is all a carefully crafted façade.]

Morgan Tuck: All-American
I liked Jose Fernandez's comment at his presser when asked about being prepared for Stewie and Moriah and then Morgan Tuck has such a great game against them, he said: “Hey, I’m on the All-American committee. Those three guys are going to be three All-Americans.” Props to Morgan!

As much a fan of Geno that I am, I must admit that I am continually surprised that the offense does not focus more often than it does on working the ball into Morgan in the low paint. She is a load to handle defensively down there...her raw power and strength is undeniable, resulting inevitably in high percentage shot opportunities, and her ability to draw fouls and convert resulting free throws is among the team's best. Too often, I think, as part of its up-tempo game, the team relies on the quick opportunity from behind the arc rather than working the shot clock more patiently and getting the ball down low to its star.

Hey Bigpetunia - I heard someone describe the UConn offense as 5 quarterbacks --- when each player has the ball they compute the info and react. They always have 5 options--pass to one of the other 4 or shoot/dribble/drive.
That is only 4. What is the 5th option?
If she's a Warrior, which one? Draymond Green? She sure was a Warrior tonight.

DG reminds me unequivocally of Kelly Faris and all other things UConn WCBB, so the Morgan-Warrior reference makes me smile.![]()
