Since that doesn't seem to be happening the lawyers for these four teams have been working frantically to find loopholes.  That's why the ND to the B1G was such a tipping point.  ND's move would have meant a mass exodus of teams.  But it seems right now that ND wants to have the cache of being the ACC's savior, not a conference decimator.
