If the BIG EAST teams play up to their collectivie potential ( NCAA and WNIT)
I believe our optimism is justified. All the BIG EAST teams, having played UCONN
at least once, should be fully "removed" from any intimidation factor in the
first tournament game.
I 'm assuming that a "safe" bet is SETON HALL over
Fairleigh Dickenson (sp?) ... but.... that might be too much like saying UCONN
over Arizona! I wish Maquette could have had a post season game.
Meghan Duffy is an excellent coach = she designed a defense that
ended A. Morrow's Double Double streak AND the Golden Eagles
also beat the Blue Deamons by 20 points = 105 to 85.
I can't wait for the games to being. Theory is nice, Reality is, well. reality!
