I noticed something interesting watching the replay of the USF game... at 4:05 in the 1st, Liv blocks a shot at the perimeter but the Bulls retain possession and there's a subsequent shot attempt that misses the rim but the shot clock resets. The officials determine that an error was made and take the shot clock down to 1 second for the Bulls inbound play.
What got my attention was who alerted the officials to the error... at about 12:58 of replay running time you can see Molly and Kyla standing at the bench immediately notice the problem and shout to the nearest official who stops play for the review. I love the engagement of the players on the bench. Geno and CD stress this and it pays off in many ways. You might be on the bench, but you should never be out of the game.
