Make sure your gable fan is moving enough air. Gable venting only works with forced air flow. Ridge/soffit venting is preferable. Make sure your bath fans and range hood are working properly. Consider upgrading bath fans. Too much shade is problematic. If you can’t cut trees at least get hedges and bushes away from the foundation.
