You may recall that I've been upping my daily workout ante for every game in the tourney. And, as no-one needs to be told, it's been working, because we keep winning.

Then this morning, I stepped backwards into the boat trailer, and managed to give myself a deep calf bruise. Could barely walk all day. Didn't know how I would manage an over-the-top workout today. But knew I needed to.

I just came back from 90 minutes of pure pain. My right calf muscle looks like a purple popeye arm.

But the mojo is satisfied. And I'm ready and willing to do 100 minutes of the same thing on Monday.

In a semi-related note, last night I dreamed that we won by 4 points, following a 34 of 37 foul line performance. On Monday nite!

Good work Rich. Crunches at halftime.

Make no mistake, this was a test directly from the mojo gods to measure your commitment to the mojo.

Pain is weakness leaving the body.
