I just spoke live with the Mohegan Sun ticket office to see if they, by chance, were considering limited attendance for the semi & final round of the Big East Tournament.
Answer - firm "no".
They said they considered that option several weeks ago but are not doing and the logistics for ticketing are substantial that any decision would need allow lead time to implement.
I asked if, given an increasing vaccination base, they had a time schedule for live event attendance? Short answer no, with follow-up that even some of the April events on their (tentative) calendar may be too soon.
Disappointed.
