Anybody else miss when the players wore their team uniforms in the All-Star game? The ones they were last night reminded me of my uncle's old beer league softball jerseys they would wear.
I know it's not changing back because MLB uses the uniforms to make money. Couldn't they come up with a uniform that incorporates a new look and somewhere puts in the player's team logo somewhere?
Also, glad to see Duran have a good game. Been following him through the minors and was upset when many analysts were calling for him to be trade bait during the winter. Need to lock him up long term. If they could develop a little more pitching to go with Crawford and Houck, with Teel, Anthony, Mayer and Campbell thriving in AA ball, the future looks bright for the Sox.
