Just one more reminder to the green shaded, life sucking ghouls in Storrs that they need to honor those who put their heart and soul into the program from players, their families to the many fans. The Granite 6 at the Rent means something more than recognizing a player that died. It’s memorializes a family that came together to support one another in a tragedy, giving a senseless death some meaning and an enduring purpose that lives on. We owe it to Jaz, his family and everyone else to keep fighting to get this program back to where it belongs. I suppose that’s why football is more than just an expensive sport. It means more than many appreciate. P
