Different positions. Precious is a 3/4--mostly 4. Mitchell isn't going to be playing any 4 in college on a decent team.

I'm assuming we aren't that interested but what do I know. Many posters are saying we'll have more than 1 scholly open next year....so why not lock up Mitchell and then go all in on Achiuwa? The interest mustn't be there from us but again, what do I know. Curious to see how it shakes out if we miss on Precious and Mitchell is our last offer to fill the currently final class of 19 scholly.
