Miss St seems to be regressing a lot, at least defensively they are. Almost all these shots by Auburn are wide open.

Danberry and Bibby have become almost useless. AEH cannot hit open shots anymore either. No one at this point is a 3 point threat, teams will continue to pack it in.

Auburn gave SC a Relatively good game recently and is playing its best ball maybe but this would be a bad loss for Miss State.

Auburn is playing like the 10-2 and State is playing like the 3-9 team, at least in the first half.

Never quite understood the hype around Bibby.

She was a good little player last year. This year, her mobility is not as good coming off the injury and her shooting has gone downhill pretty bad. Not the same player at all. Maybe she eventually gets back to form, but Cooks should be an immediate starter for State next year when she becomes eligible. Bibby has a lot of work to do to get back to where she was before.

I just don't see a very cohesive team from Miss St right now. Vic is throwing a bunch of random combinations on the floor, the team has no flow or identity right now. Their senior leader (Danberry) could not play much worse the last couple weeks.

MSU went through a similar slump around the Stanford and West Virginia games. MSU simply let West Virginia take the game from them. I’m the most disappointed in J Danberry as she is disappearing instead of leading. There have been a couple of spurts of the effort needed to win this game but right now MSU is letting Auburn dictate the pace. MSU should be embarrassed.

Maybe Vic is trying to make them lose their legs and eventually have their shots starting bricking. Like he did in the first game. He always puts in all the bench players in the 2nd quarter to save legs.

Well said. That's exactly how I feel whenever we play Dawn Staley. I knew a 9 points lead isn't gonna be enough. and I threw something at the screen when Rickea was called for a travel which could've increased our lead to 12.
