I think Geno has it down how to attract superstars. He has a model that they apparently love. He doesn't play a deep bench (I think he would like to but that's another point/topic) - that's been his model too. Thus I think we can say he expects his role players to do something very, very specific. He even said what he is doing for Griffin on offense. For example, if Paige fires up some contested outside shots in a row - Geno will be okay with those mistakes in some manner. But he won't be okay (has a shorter leash) if Aubrey fired up the same outside shots. He has a specific role for her that he specifically designed for her. He probably has the same thing with Mir offensively and defensively. [/QUOTE]
