Its never late to be pro-active.A little late for being pro-active. Anyone with any financial acumen would have recognized the day we joined the American that there would be an increase in expenses.
The only place I felt the article fell short was in bringing up the prospect of cutting sports, he didn't propose which sports to cut. That may be on purpose so as not to draw attention to those sports needlessly, but it weakens the argument.
At the risk of making a handful of people very mad... if you are dropping sports and don’t start here you need your head examined.
