Five-star PG Daishen Nix.

247 has Nix as the highest ranked recruit for UCLA since Lonzo Ball. Cronin's best recruit since Lance Stephenson.

i can't tell how serious some of you are, but UC will be fine without Mick. brannen is already recruiting better

mick had multiple 5 stars at UC when they were in the Big East and couldn't get past the second round

I've always liked Cronin & think he did a good job at UC. UCLA is a whole 'nother animal though, and Sweet 16's won't cut it at Pauley Pavillion. Ben Howland made what, four straight Final Four's and still got canned?
 
I suspect with a change of scenery this guy will be more successful in the postseason.

True, but all sorts of off the court madness involving his players including bullying among teammates. There's an SI Article out there that covers the whole thing.

Because Cincy was not exactly on my radar as far as a rivalry is concerned. If he had underlying issues in his program, I was unaware nor do I particularly care. But, more times then not they were in the mix, and for that I give him credit.
