Didn't seem to be affected by the taser at all, makes me wonder if the prongs actually caught properly or if the multiple layers of clothes prevented it. Regardless, pretty crazy that that cop decided to take him on alone instead of waiting for backup.

What a giant (no pun intended) moron. He’s lucky something worse didn’t happen to him. Worse yet, he just ruined his career over failing to comply with a simple license and registration request.
