They are calling fouls on MS left and right. I saw one out of 4 I thought were legit.

Happy to see Brunelle having a nice game. Gilbert reminds me of a less dynamic Jackie Young, though it might just be the leg sleeve.

I thought Walker looked great against TN, but not good tonight.

I hope Antonelli never calls a UConn game this year. I’ll have to put on the radio broadcast.

31 Free Throws to 10.

Michigan State has some good looking youngsters. Will be interesting to see what that team looks like this Spring. Hopefully they have a bad shooting night against my tigers in another two weeks.

They’re missing arguably their best player in Shay Colley.

53 points from ND's three freshmen (counting Gilbert as a redshirt). Brunelle, Peoples, and Gilbert are clearly the foundation of the ND rebuild.

Westbeld, Marshall, and Campbell are the next layer of that (and Hayes and AAR but I expect less immediate impact from them.

They still have along way to go. Gilbert had 8 TOs. Collectively the frosh were only 9-17 from the line. But it's clear they can be very good players at this level.

As for the transfers - they are who we thought they were. Walker is talented but inconsistent. Sniezek is steady but limited.

Hopefully, Walker can find a groove and become a consistent offensive presence. Easy to forget she has been out basically for two years. She is still finding her rhythm.
