Just makes me appreciate Stef even more...she took that shove, said take a seat Kelsey, and schooled her for the rest of the game.

I disagree with comparing Bone to Lavender, who was four-time Big Ten Player of the Year. It was hardly her fault those tOSU teams -- which still managed to go to the Sweet Sixteen twice while she was there -- underachieved in the NCAA tournament.

Bone can't carry a team on either end of the court, but that said she's doing fine this season. It is pretty funny that she bailed on South Carolina after one season, sat and watched Texas A&M win a national championship without her, and is now back on a team that could finish 7-9 in the SEC.

did anyone see her game winning shot against South Carolina (her former school) the other day?

I saw it & that shouldn't have been a game winning shot. South Carolina threw that game away at the charity stripe, just like they did against Stanford and Georgia.
I don't have any stats to back this, but that team seemingly shoots 45-50% from the FT line. Every time I've watched them play, the ENTIRE TEAM shot brick after brick, after brick, after brick from the line......it's like they all got together before the season started & decided that they didn't wanna make FTs or something

Nearly that bad. On the season they're shooting 53% from the line.

To put this in perspective:

At this rate they're hearing Wilt Chamberlain's footsteps. Notorious for his ineptitude from the charity stripe, for his career he shot 51%.

They're also hearing Shaq's thunderous clomps. His career average was 52% regular season -- though he couldn't maintain that level of composure in the playoffs, when he was a couple of points worse.

So in the tournament, will SC opponents adopt a Hack-a-Gamecock strategy?
