Except no way Michigan State beat UK.

I think Izzo is a fantastic coach and his players are always tough as nails. I could easily see them beating Duke and/or Wisconsin. Kentucky would be a huge task though.

Many bball "analysts" said MSU would struggle this year considering what they lost and I didn't think they'd make the tournament either to be honest. Roster just didn't seem that talented but Izzo gets the most out of his players and Trice and Valentine made a big jump in their games this year. Undoubtedly my favorite coach in all of college, excluding KO. Rooting for them.

Last year's UConn team won the whole thing. Let's keep the comparisons on a low simmer until they match that.

Whichever team wins this year will have earned it.

Except no way Michigan State beat UK.

Because they'll be playing Wisconsin?

Reminds me of the comparison I made last year between 2011 UConn and 2014 UConn:

2011: UConn roster includes Napier, Giffey, Olander, #35 from Africa (Okwandu), #2 from Los Angeles (Beverly), a forward from Maryland (Smith), a second player from Germany (Wolf), and a guard from New York City (Walker)
2014: UConn roster includes Napier, Giffey, Olander, #35 from Africa (Brimah), #2 from Los Angeles (Daniels), a forward from Maryland (Kromah), a second player from Germany (Tolksdorf), and a guard from New York City (Samuel)

2011: UConn wins early season Maui Invitational tournament
2014: UConn wins early season 2K Sports Classic tournament

2011: UConn defeats non-conference Texas early in the season on a buzzer beater by Kemba
2014: UConn defeats non-conference Florida early in the season on a buzzer beater by Shabazz

2011: UConn starts season 8-0
2014: UConn starts season 8-0

2011: UConn reaches the final of their conference tournament
2014: UConn reaches the final of their conference tournament

2011: Final Four is in Texas. Kevin Ollie is assistant coach
2014: Final Four is in Texas. Kevin Ollie is head coach

2011: Final Four: UConn defeated Kentucky and Butler (which had defeated both Wisconsin and Florida in Elite 8 and Sweet 16)
2014: Final Four: UConn defeated Florida and Kentucky (which had defeated Wisconsin in the semi-finals)

Except last year, like 2011, UConn was just lucky.

Seeing we beat them last year with Payne and Harris 2 1st rounders I'll take the 2014 Uconn team, and we also beat them in Ollie's first game.

Lincoln had a secretary named Kennedy, and Kennedy had a secretary named Lincoln

I don't think they'll beat Dook and the refs let alone UK and the refs.
