Mens D1 Pairwise Rankings

Out of 60 D1 Hockey Programs in the country here is the latest poll. I've only posted the CT D1 Hockey Programs.

#1 Quinnipiac
# 10 Yale
# 46 Sacred Heart
# 53 UConn

The SHU program is playing with much more consistent work ethic than UConn's squad right now. Somehow, methinks cockiness is an issue in the locker room.

QU is #1? Wow. They made formerly #7 Harvard look slow and incapable on Saturday night. They were very impressive. If UConn goes to the Big Ten, QU will fit right in the HE.

I agree i think Sacred Heart is one of the most underrated teams in the country. They dont even have a rink, very few scholarships and playing around .500 hockey.

Pairwise is completely useless to look at until after New Years. It's a formula that needs sheer numbers of results in order to be an effective metric of ranking teams. Until all OOC games are completed and the Ivy teams catch up in terms of games played, it's not worth it whatsoever to pay attention to.
